Overview
ParallelIQ ('we', 'us') provides a control plane for GPU infrastructure. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to operate the service and we do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
Account data — name, work email, company — when you create an account or contact us. Operational telemetry from your fleet — workload metadata, utilization, KV cache profiles — when you opt in. We do not collect end-user prompts or model outputs.
How we use information
To deliver and improve the service, to communicate with you about updates and incidents, to detect abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. We never train models on your fleet telemetry without explicit, separate consent.
Sharing
We share data with service providers (cloud hosting, error tracking, analytics) under contract and only as needed. We share information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Operational telemetry is retained for the period configured in your tenant — typically 30 to 90 days. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to satisfy compliance and audit requirements.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@paralleliq.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
